Jeannie Zimbalatti's School of Dance, metro Detroit's favorite source for professional dance instruction since 1977.

Zimbalatti's offers classes in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, hip-hop, lyrical, Hawaiian, aerobics and special needs dance program for students with disabilities. A complete curriculum of dance classes ranging from pre-school through adults of all levels is available.

Artistic Director, Jeannie Zimbalatti cordially invites you to discover the joy of dance and experience the sense of achievement and self-esteem that comes from learning in a nurturing environment.  Learn to dance in our state-of-the-art air-conditioned studio with sprung floors and other amenities. We offer day and evening classes all year round to accommodate every level and schedule.

Jeannie Zimbalatti’s School of Dance provides an opportunity for every student to discover the joy of dance and experience the sense of achievement and self-esteem that comes from learning in a nurturing environment.  Students are taught proper technique and terminology while encouraging fun and creativity.  A complete curriculum of dance classes ranging from pre-school through adults of all levels is available. 

The school provides students who are career oriented with the necessary technical foundation while also allowing recreational students the opportunity to participate in classes of the same high standards.  Jeannie Zimbalatti’s School of Dance has been providing outstanding dance instruction since 1977 and is home to the JZ Dance Company. Weekly company classes are offered for Junior and Senior Divisions.
